Car and lorry catch fire in Żabbar

A third lorry was also damaged in the incident but no injuries reported

No injuries were reported after a car and a lorry were completely destroyed in a fire in Żabbar on Thursday morning.

Civil Protection firefighters from Fire Stations 1 and 4 responded to reports of a car on fire in Żabbar.

However, once on the scene, the firefighters found that a lorry next to the car had also caught fire. 

A third lorry nearby was slightly damaged as well as a result.

CPD said the fire was successfully brought under control and no one was injured in the incident.
