New WSC chairman

Louis Giordimaina has been appointed chairman of the Water Services Corporation.

Mr Giordimaina, an engineer, will be assisted by Alex Rizzo, deputy chairman.

The board is made up of Charles Camilleri, Euchar Mizzi, Edwina Licari, Carmen Psaila, Anthony Carabott, John Abela and Elizabeth Vella, directors.

Electoral Promise No 258 of the PN electoral programme stated that appointments to all Government board, committees, commissions etc. would only be made after a public call for applications.
