Choice of bio fuels

Will someone kindly direct me to a petrol station that sells "blended" bio diesel? I don't want the type that you are expected to work out the percentage and mix regular diesel with 100 per cent biodiesel.

I believe the importation of fuel has finally been liberalised after two to three years of procrastination, so why aren't we enjoying the benefits of a liberalised market? Our EU neighbours have a choice of two or three different types of bio fuel, so why do I as a consumer have to go around in circles, only to end up going to Marsa, which is out of my way?

I'm trying to do my bit for the environment, please don't make it difficult.
