Former Floriana winger Yala Bolasie will play in the English Championship this season after he agreed a move to Plymouth Argyle.
The 19-year-old Bolasie, who scored four goals for Floriana in the Premier League last season, began his career with Rushden & Diamonds.
According to reports in England, Bolasie turned down the chance to move to Sturm Graz in favour of a switch to Home Park.
"Bolasie has been signed for one reason - he has out-and-out potential," Plymouth manager Paul Sturrock told the club's website.
"At this time in his career, he could be good, bad or terribly indifferent. What I've got to do is settle him down.
"He is my out-and-out development player, my wild card, but he does have one ingredient - he can catch pigeons. His pace is frightening."
Bolasie is the second signing for the Championship side this week following the capture of goalkeeper Graham Stack who has signed a two-year contract.
