After over four years’ renovation and extension work, the Lille Metropole Museum of Modern Art, in Villeneuve-d’Ascq, northern France, is to reopen its doors to the public on the 25th of this month under a new name: the LaM – Lille Metropole Musee d’Art Moderne, d’Art Contemporain et d’Art Brut (museum of modern, contemporary and outsider art).
