Protesters paused from their noisy protest outside the Libyan embassy this afternoon, to pray.

A number of the men were seen to shed tears as they prayed and thought of their relatives in Libya.

The protest then quickly resumed its intensity, with the protesters calling on Col Gaddafi and the Libyan ambassador in Malta to quit.
