Britannia Tours recently released its winter 2011/12 brochure.
The 16-page full-colour brochure lists group tours, short breaks and cruises to many destinations between December and March.
Among the highlights are a Black Forest tour which includes a visit to Europe’s oldest and largest Christmas market in Stuttgart from December 7 to 14; New Year breaks from December 26 to Cologne, with visits to Belgium and Holland included; Lago Maggiore in scenic Italy combined with Switzerland; Lake Bled and Ljubljana in Slovenia with a touch of Austria and the Black Forest; and others leaving on December 27 or 28 to Bavaria and Tyrol; London; Budapest or Bucharest.
There are tours for carnivals in Switzerland and Germany; the Holy Land on a charter flight to Tel Aviv in February, with the option of visiting Jordan; and mid-season breaks around March 19 to London, northern Italy or Lucerne.
“All this is in addition to other popular tours that continue to be in demand, including Lourdes,Disneyland Paris and the north-west of Italy,” managing director Noel Farrugia said.
