The €2.7 million Ġgantija Heritage Park project in Xaghra was inaugurated this morning.

The project, embarked upon in May 2009, is expected to strengthen the tourism product in Gozo by offering a new experience to the some 200,000 annual visitors.

The experience at the Unesco World Heritage site starts with an exhibition representing several aspects of the people’s life at the time.
