The GRTU has formally launched the Association of Private Security Agencies of Malta, to be known as “APSAM”.

It said the association groups the majority of agencies providing private security services, including the major operators in this sector.

The objectives of the association are to promote the interests of the agencies providing private security services and to raise standards and the level of professionalism within the industry.
