An Aston Martin car stolen in Italy last August has been returned to Denny Montesi, showgirl Anna Falchi's former partner, after it was found in Malta.

The car was reported stolen in Rimini.

Montesi told the Italian media that the car appeared to have been destined for Libya. It was in good condition, albeit with a flat battery. He thanked the Malta police for their work.
