Queen Elizabeth told President Marie Louise Coleiro Preca and her husband Edgar she was enthusiastic about her visit to Malta in November.

President Coleiro Preca met the Queen during a reception given by Commonwealth secretary general Kamalesh Sharma in Marlborough House, London.

The reception was also attended by Prince Charles.

President Coleiro Preca spent a long time discussing the forthcoming Commonwealth Heads of State and Government meeting being held in Malta in November with the Queen.

The Queen told President Coleiro she was enthusiastic about her visit to Malta in November.
