The Phoenicia Hotel shall be closed from November 14 to March 31 for an extensive refurbishment programme.

The €15 million restoration programme, entrusted to CampbellGray Hotels, will include a complete refurbishment and upgrading of all 136 guest bedrooms, and bathrooms, the creation of new rooftop Sky Suites, the addition of a new outdoor infinity pool with sweeping views of the harbour, and a complete re-landscaping of the hotel’s grounds and terraces.

It will also see the restoration of the hotel’s classic façade, refurbishment and upgrading of all of the public spaces, a health  club and spa with eight treatment rooms, a state-of-the art gymnasium and an indoor swimming pool, extensive refurbishment of the grand ballroom and a new energy efficient plant.
