News analysis programme Times Talk will return for a third season on TVM starting September 29.

The Times of Malta’s flagship TV programme will be screened on TVM every Tuesday at 10.05pm, right after the popular drama Iċ-Ċaqqufa.

Presented by Herman Grech and Mark Micallef, the programme will focus on the stories behind the headlines, be they social, political or cultural.

For the past two years, Times Talk has emerged in the top position among the four weekly current affairs programmes in the pre-8pm slot in the Broadcasting Authority survey.

“We have sought to treat each programme subject as fairly as possible. This doesn’t mean we won’t probe and ask the tough questions, but we will do it as objectively as possible,” Mr Grech said.
