The Sunday Times of Malta says court documents show Mark Gaffarena is threatening legal action if the owners of part of the Valletta property at the centre of a scandal do not sell their share to him for a fraction of what it is now worth. In another story, a judge who mistakenly jailed a man for harassing a blogger is expected to appear before the Commission for the Administration of Justice over his gaffe.

Malta Today says the Minister Manuel Mallia's former chief of staff Silvio Scerri is now Transport Malta’s chief enforcement officer.
