A 32-year-old woman was grievously injured following a traffic accident in St Paul's Bay this afternoon. 

The woman, from St Julian's, was driving her Fiat Punto through Triq il-Busewdien at 4.15pm when her car collided with a Toyota Ractis, driven by a 52-year-old from Mosta.

She was rushed to hospital in an ambulance. 

The police are investigating.
