The Incredible Hulk
adventure
The Incredible Hulk kicks off an all-new, explosive and action-packed epic of one of the most popular superheroes of all time. In this new beginning, scientist Bruce Banner (Edward Norton) desperately hunts for a cure to the gamma radiation that poisoned his cells and unleashes the unbridled force of rage within him: The Hulk.
Living in the shadows - cut off from a life he knew and the woman he loves, Betty Ross (Liv Tyler)- Banner struggles to avoid the obsessive pursuit of his nemesis, General Thunderbolt Ross (William Hurt), and the military machinery that seeks to capture him and brutally exploit his power.
As all three grapple with the secrets that led to The Hulk's creation, they are confronted with a monstrous new adversary known as The Abomination (Tim Roth), whose destructive strength exceeds even The Hulk's own. And on June 13, 2008, one scientist must make an agonising final choice: accept a peaceful life as Bruce Banner or find heroism in the creature he holds inside - The Incredible Hulk.
The Hottie and the Nottie
romanceNate Cooper (Joel Moore) has been smitten with Cristabel Abbott (Paris Hilton) since he first laid eyes on her at the impressionable age of six. In the intervening years, there have been other women in Nate's life, but none who could measure up to Cristabel.
Convinced Cristabel is the only girl for him, Nate decides to move back to LA and track her down. The good news: she's still single and stunning. The bad news: there's a reason she's still single. Cristabel is still best friends with the same ugly little girl from first grade, June Phigg (Christine Lakin). The two are inseparable. They live together. They go to yoga together. They would even go on double dates together... if only June could get a date. And Cristabel simply refuses to leave dear June home alone.
Determined to spend as much time as possible with Cristabel, Nate sets out to find a boyfriend for June. But guys all flee at the sight of her, and it hits him: June needs a makeover. As Nate and June become friends and she emerges from her cocoon, Nate slowly realises that the girl of his dreams may not be the hottie at all...
Gone Baby Gone
dramaWhen four-year-old Amanda McCready (Madeline O'Brien) disappears from her home and the police make little headway in solving the case, the girl's aunt Beatrice (Amy Madigan) hires two private detectives, Patrick Kenzie (Casey Affleck) and Angie Gennaro (Michelle Monaghan). The detective freely admit that they have little experience with this type of case, but the family wants them for two reasons - they're not police and they know the tough neighbourhood in which they all live. As the case progresses, Kenzie and Gennaro face drug dealers, gangs and paedophiles. When they finally solve the case, they are faced with a moral dilemma that tears them apart.
