11-month-old baby found dead in St Julian's home

Baby found dead in bed at 11.30pm

An 11-month-old baby was found dead in her family home in St Julian's on Monday evening.

According to a police statement, the baby was found dead at 11.30 pm in the family residence on Triq Andre Maurois. 

TVM reported that the infant's father found the lifeless baby choked in vomit in bed when he returned home from work.

Magistrate Franco Agius is investigating the case.
