A litre of unleaded and LRP petrol would cost 4c more and the price of diesel rose by 1c a litre, Enemalta said yesterday.

Gasoil used for heating also went up by 2c per litre.

The main reason cited for the price increases was the un-favourable exchange rates. Diesel specifically went up due to fluctuations of the US dollar last month, Enemalta said.
