The Historic Motorcycle Club - Malta will be holding its annual exhibition of historic motorcycles at the Muscats Motors showroom, in Gzira, from Friday to Sunday.
About 60 motorcycles dating from 1903 to 1975 are being exhibited. These famous machines from Britain, Italy, the US and other countries are used regularly and a number of them have even been on club runs abroad. Most of these marques are still household names, like Triumph, BSA, Ducati, Moto Guzzi, Matchless, Ariel, Jawa, and others.
The Historic Motorcycle Club - Malta was formed in 1989. It has some 60 members and organises a number of motorcycling and social events throughout the year. It is affiliated with the Vintage Motorcycle Club (VMCC) of Great Britain.
The club's annual exhibition is designed to appeal to the motorcycle enthusiast and the whole family alike. Opening times are on Friday from 8 to 10 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
