70-year-old suffers grievous injuries after falling off boat

The man was in the Manoel Island Area when he fell around one storey from the boat, police said

A 70-year-old man suffered grievous injuries after falling off a boat, police said.  

In a statement, the Malta Police Force said the man was in the Manoel Island Area when he fell around one storey from a boat he was working on. 

The Dutchman lives in Xagħra Gozo, the police said.   

“He was certified to be suffering from grevious injuries”.  

Police investigations are ongoing.
