Sarah Pettingam, an 18-year-old from Sliema, has won the Bay Street Bedroom Challenge having completed over 82 hours secluded in a bedroom set up in the Artisan Market.

Sarah was declared winner after her competitor, Yeda Spiteri Thomas, dropped out of the contest after 48 hours.

She won a brand new bedroom courtesy of CBR Furniture of Luqa, Lm82 in cash courtesy of Nidal Binni, owner of the Made in America outlet at Bay Street, a pair of shoes from King Shoes and various other gifts from Street Craft, Tafal Ceramics, Renaissance Gift Wear, Zero Two, Village Voices and Allegra Compagnia.
