Having read several letters in The Times regarding ARMS I made up my mind to reach for the keyboard and relate my experience.
Water in the residence where the meter is installed is shut off. So the company concluded that the meter is at fault.
It sent workmen to change it but obviously the meter continued to register zero consumption. Bills kept on arriving with the estimated consumption.
I have sent various letters by post and even e-mails explaining the situation. I even complained with the meter reader who reported this fact. This has been going on for years now and still it is sending bills with estimated consumption. The final bill received was for €832.
