On September 8, on checking in to a Malta-Madrid flight, I was assigned seat number 10B. On boarding, to my utter dismay and disbelief, I found out that another passenger had the same seat number. I was then given the only vacant seat in row 31, at the very back of the aircraft, where I had a most uncomfortable journey. I keep asking myself how this could happen, in this computerised era. Could somebody please explain?
