CILIA. On Friday 27, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARY CILIA, widow of Joseph, of Santa Luċija, aged 79, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children, Miriam and her husband Simon Galea, Joyce and her husband Charles Meli, Notary Joe Cilia and his partner Notary Antonella Navarro, grandchildren Justine, Kimberly, Thomas-Joe, Shawn, Chantel and her husband Italo, Clint, Brandon and their partners, her sisters and brothers, her in-laws, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, April 30 at 7.45am for St Pius X parish church, Santa Luċija, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment in the family grave at Qrendi cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar Tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated.
SPITERI. On April 27, at the Sir Anthony Mamo Oncology Centre, Mater Dei Hospital, LINA, aged 74, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her two brothers Tony and his wife Yvonne and Vincent and his wife Elisabeth, her nephews Nathan, Rohan and Kyle, her nieces Janica, Carole, Monica and Ingrid and the late Jaquelin’s children, Adam, Maxine and Stevie and their respective families. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, April 30, at 3pm for St Mary of Jesus church (Ta’ Ġieżu), Rabat where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 4pm followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Margerita cemetery, Rabat. Lord, grant her eternal rest. No flowers by request but donations to the Hospice Movement will be greatly appreciated.

Naxxar bazaar
A bazaar at the Sgħajtar Pastoral Centre in Naxxar will be held today from 9am to noon. It will also be held on Friday from 4.30-7.30pm, on Saturday from 9am to noon and between 4.30 and 7.30pm and next Sunday from 9am to noon.
There will be many stalls to choose from.
Crowning of Our Lady
