ATTARD. On May 23, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARIA ANTONIA of Sannat, residing in Paola, aged 94, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Carmelo and his wife Elvira, Angela and her husband Ronald and Michael and his wife Marisa, her grandchildren Christian and his wife Caroline, Edward and his wife Tracey, David, Sarah, Deborah, Daniel and Benjamin, her great-grandchildren Andrew and Alexandra, her sister-in-law Ċetta, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8.15 a.m. for Our Lady of Lourdes parish church, Paola, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.45 a.m., followed by interment at San Anard Cemetery, Kirkop. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

FARRUGIA. On May 24, at his residence, Captain PAUL FARRUGIA of St Venera (ex-IAL), aged 81, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his daughters Josette and her husband Albert, and JacquI, his grandson Justin and his partner Maureen, his granddaughter Rebecca, his sister Phyllis and her husband Andrew Buttigieg, his brother Joseph, his sister-in-law Mary Vella, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8 a.m. for St Venera parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. ZAMMIT. On May 24, ELENITA, widow of Gustav, residing in Sliema, passed away peacefully at Mater Dei Hospital, aged 88, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her irreparable loss her children Erminiette and her husband Joseph Camilleri, Tony, Melvin, Edwin and his wife Marisa, her granddaughters Alexia, Anthea, Katrina and Gillian and their respective families and her only great-grandson Jamie. The funeral cortége leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 2 p.m. for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Mosta exhibition

Għaqda Filantropika Talent Mosti is hosting an exhibition by German artists Ute and Chauchun Rupprecht-Hung at Ir-Razzett Tal-Markiż Mallia Tabone, in Wied il-Għasel Street, Mosta.
