AQUILINA. On October 29, JOHN of Gżira, aged 78, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Adelaide, his son Kevin and his wife Klejda, other relatives and friends. Funeral Mass will be said today at 8.30am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish church, Gżira. May the Lord grant him eternal rest.
BORG. On October 29, at Mater Dei Hospital, VIVIENNE of Sliema, aged 80, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Baldassere, her sons Karl and his wife Maria and Mario and his fiancèe Olga, her grandsons Reuben, Peter and Stephen and their girlfriends, her sisters, Sr Marie Rose Agius of the Sisters of St Joseph of the Apparition, and Tessie, wife of Albert Bonello Dupuis, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 1.30pm for Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by re-quest but donations to Hospice Malta, Balzan, will be greatly appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
RIZZO. On October 27, STEPHEN, passed away peacefully at the age of 54, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Denise, née Degiorgio, his parents Joe and Erminia Rizzo, his children Nicholas, Michael and his partner Philippa, Andrew and Christina, his brothers Chris and his wife Elaine, Keith and his wife Loraine, his sister Maria and her husband Alfred Pisani, his nephews, nieces, other family and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 9am for Naxxar parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9.30am, followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

Funeral
The funeral of Victor Cefai, who passed away on October 26 aged 87, was held at Sliema, yesterday. It was inadvertently stated in an obituary yesterday that it will be held today. Any inconvenience is regretted.

Din l-Art Ħelwa will hold two free lectures in English at 133, Melita Street, Valletta. Alan Deidun will be giving a lecture called Documenting In Video The Stunning Underwater Biodiversity Of The Maltese Islands, on November 8 at 6pm, while Guido Bonett will give a lecture on East Africa – Wildlife Photography, on November 14 at 6.30pm.
