REFALO. On April 2, at Mater Dei Hospital, to Sarah née Bonnici and John, God’s most precious gift of a daughter – ANA, a most welcome sister to Nicola and John. Deo gratias et Mariæ. Special thanks to the dedicated maternity staff for all their care.
Obituaries
ALOISIO. On May 5, PATRIZIA, née Romani, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved husband Alfred, her son Alessandro and his partner Yvonne, her daughter Anita, her in-laws Rosemary Blease, Marie-Celine Samut Tagliaferro, Nathalie Cassar Torreggiani, Elizabeth Aloisio, Alexander Aloisio and Marisa Romani, her cousins in Italy, Malta and Brazil, her nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow for St Gregory’s parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Hospice Malta, Balzan, will be greatly appreciated. May she rest in peace.
CREMONA. On May 6, at Mater Dei Hospital, FELICIA MARIA, aged 90, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Rose Marie, widow of Anthony, Charles and his wife Emily, May and her husband Mario, Isabelle and her husband Joe, Jacqueline and her husband Malcolm, her nephews, nieces, their husbands and fiancées, her sisters-in-law living abroad, their families and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 2pm for Holy Trinity parish church, Marsa, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Donations to charitable institutions will be much appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
EYNAUD. On May 6, LUCIA passed peacefully away, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Joseph and his wife Carmen, Charles and his wife Carmen, her daughter Anna, her beloved grandchildren Mark and Christina, Andrew and Nicole, Pierre and Vanessa, Joanna and André, Caroline and James, her brother Giovanni and his wife Rosina, her nephews and nieces Simona, Carlo, Fabio and Francesco, and her carers Rexel, Jinky and Miriam. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 7.30am for St Joseph parish church, Msida, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord grant her eternal rest.
