With regard to the article ‘Children’s Commissioner insisting on reforms’, even though I am 100 per cent supportive of reforms in relation to Paceville, one would question whether we are dealing with ‘children’. Are 13-15 year-olds children in 2015?
Those raising children in this era would understand.
What is required is a totally different approach to generate alternatives that promote benefits for our younger adults.
