I read with interest the letter by Tim Wheeler (April 24) in which a 12-year old was charged as an adult by Eden Cinemas.
A couple of years ago, when my children were eight and 10 years old respectively, we also had a similar problem with Eden.
Seeing them unaccompanied they charged them full price instead of children’s prices.
We wrote to the management several times but nobody ever bothered to answer, let alone investigate the incident.
Since then I have never set a foot in any one of their outlets.
Eden Cinemas need to start taking customer service more seriously.
