The government has launched a White Paper for real estate, prepared in collaboration with the Federation of Estate Agents.
On the proposed property code and regulations, Alan Grima, Dhalia’s CEO, said: “We are happy to see these steps being taken to continue to improve the real estate industry. We have been anticipating this action for a while and embrace this progress. These changes will result in more transparency between agencies and ultimately offer a better service to clients.”
The proposed regulations will legitimise representatives as property consultants and increase confidence from the public.
Dhalia Real Estate Services has always recognised the importance of good governance and constantly invests in the education and training of its consultants.
Throughout its 35 years in the industry, the company has held various courses at Mcast to educate students and develop the skills necessary for property sales and letting.
