I met a Labour friend (I have friends on that side too) who is angry, very angry at the way top Labour ministers (and aides) have betrayed his trust.

He further emphasised his anger by saying that there were many others who felt the same way but they were angry because they could not show this anger. My only words of consolation were to urge him and the others to join the Sunday demonstration.  I do not know whether he built up courage and attended.

I am sure, however, that this thing will not be easily forgotten.

Xarabank, of course, will do its best and a lot will be done along those lines, but in the end, when all the details of this scandal are uncovered, I think there will be no honourable way out for our “honourable” gentlemen but to resign.
