Almost 200 guests turned up for the re-launch of the Profile Health & Fitness centre at The Palace Hotel in Sliema.

British trainer and lifestyle coach Paul Sansome aims to transform the fitness centre into a new concept in elite health. The wellness club will cater for clients seeking personalised and health training by internationally acclaimed trainers. To ensure exclusivity, the centre will be limited to 50 members per year.

A team of top trainers and health coaches will be offering personal training, health assessments, dietary analysis and planning, postural analysis, biological age testing, DNA testing and a lifestyle mentoring programme for club members.

Profile Health & Fitness forms part of the Profile Health Group, an international wellness company found in a number of countries, including a boutique health club at the Hilton London Euston and another club for celebrities and high society in Beijing.

The coaching team will include top personal trainers from the UK. In fact, Mr Sansome will be flanked by world kickboxing champion Marlon Hunt and renowned yoga guru Gordon Sillence.

Speaking at the wellness centre’s launch, held at Temptasian, Mr Sansome said Malta, and The Palace in particular, were great locations to extend their operations and create an adequate platform for the sharing of their competencies.

“Our objective is to provide first-class, personalised service for individuals in their plight to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle,” he added.
