I believe that one of the vilest things which the EU did when it proposed its conditions for another bailout to the Greek government was that, while it wants to see cuts in pensions, government employment and other sectors that directly affect the Greek people, nothing is ever heard about cuts to the military spending of the Greek government which, I understand, is among the highest in percentage terms within the EU.

Now that the Greek people have been given the opportunity to decide about the bailout conditions, which they opted to refuse, should we, citizens of the other eurozone countries, also be given the same right to decide, through a similar referendum, whether we want our money to be given once again for another Greek bailout?
