The Bicycling Advocacy Group (Malta) has launched a Facebook page to help local councils and agencies expand their knowledge of alternative methods of transport.

Modal Shift (Malta) has been described as a “one-stop-shop for ideas, specifications and strategies at making the shift away from car use or, rather, overuse that has led to the current chronic problems of congestion, traffic pollution and parking problems”.

Although any member of the public can access the information about walking, cycling and public transport issues, the group encouraged local councils to join as members to share ideas.
