The General Workers’ Union yesterday complained that the Government has been in negotiations with the Union Ħaddiem Magħqudin over working conditions in certain public service entities where other unions were already recognised and collective agreements in place.

This went against ILO conventions and endangered the good industrial relations that existed in a number of workplaces, the GWU said.
