EY is looking for innovative and dynamic entrepreneurs from Malta and across Europe ready to make the next quality leap forward.

Up to 30 entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to participate in the 2018 EY Accelerating Entrepreneurs programme. They will be guests at Innovation Realised 2018, an exclusive invitation-only event for 120 chief innovation officers, disruptors and thought leaders from some of the world’s leading global businesses.

Selected participants will be coached by market-leading business owners and meet with other leading entrepreneurs who are leveraging technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality, customer interface, analytics, robotics and the Internet of Things.

Each year EY invests over $100 million globally in activities designed to promote the importance of nurturing a robust entrepreneurial culture and helping entrepreneurs and start-ups successfully scale their businesses.

At the EY Accelerating Entrepreneurs programme and Innovation Realised 2018, participants will raise their profile with leading corporations in both one-on-one situations as well as small, facilitated workshops.

This will be an opportunity to meet with chief innovation officers and other leaders from top global companies who are seeking to collaborate with innovative, technology-savvy start-ups that can help them solve complex challenges.

Ronald Attard, EY Malta managing partner, commented: “Accelerating Entrepreneurs is a great programme which helps local start-ups gain visibility on an international scale. We are delighted to offer this opportunity to the local start-up community and we are sure there will be strong interest in it.”

To take advantage of this opportunity, the applicant must be a founder and/or CEO of a private company while the start-up must have a technology-enabled innovative product, service or business model that solves a big challenge. The start-up must be high-growth and looking to expand internationally as part of a growth plan.
