I would like to question GO plc’s customer care what is exactly meant by its offer to all its Sports Channel customers to terminate their contract. When I accepted this contract I was offered all Premier League matches without any restrictions or conditions but now I am subjected to a limited number of matches and paying the same amount agreed to watch all matches.
Now GO has made a take-it-or-leave offer: either you watch nothing or watch what is transmitted.
I would have at least expected a reduction in the monthly tariff.
What are the Malta Communication Authority or customer care services doing to assist us? Are we entitled to a refund or a rebate since GO plc has broken its contract?
