As a former resident of Malta back in 2008 I have since returned for a short holiday. I would like to say how pleasant, helpful and informative the staff of the new bus service have been.

I understand there are a few issues but overall a lot better customer experience than when I lived here.

Arriva now provides better customer service despite issues

Can I also congratulate some of the politicians on being about as admirable as ours.

The way in which some of them appeared to have behaved in the Mifsud Bonnici affair is disgraceful.
