Liquigas Malta has extended its support and namesake to Liquigas Xplane, a boat participating in the 2014 Rolex Middle Sea Race (RMSR) which sets sail tomorrow. Liquigas Xplane skipper Sean Borg said: “We have been working really hard lately and the crew has been preparing for months now. The Liquigas sponsorship serves as a further motivation to achieve a respectable result in our first endeavour. The rigorous drilling will help us overcome the challenges we will inevitably face during the race, including numerous bends around Sicily and complex meteorological shifts.”
