I have a problem with ARMS Ltd that has been ongoing since June 2007. It is all about estimated consumptions on a vacant office that was closed in 1989.
Since then I have had two meter readings for electricity, a new electricity meter, an appointment for another change to a smart meter, which never came to be. But the meter reader, who came by appointment for the second time running, could not read the water meter, which is outside the office, because the usual meter reader closed the meter box and I am told the key to these meter boxes does not exist anymore.
Apparently, the electricity meter readings are useless without the water meter reading because the bills keep coming without the estimated electricity consumption being removed.
After six years of useless letters getting the stereotype reply, could someone at ARMS Ltd stop playing with his mouse while gazing at the screen before him and get me an appointment with his CEO?
