The referendum result has not changed in any way the evil character of divorce. Christ has prohibited us from resorting to divorce in a categorical manner. This prohibition includes any form of complicity in perpetrating the grave sin of divorce.

So, notwithstanding the referendum vote, all members of Parliament are prohibited by God, under grave sin, not to vote for divorce and neither to abstain from voting against it.

They must remember that their power in Parliament, first and foremost, comes from God and God obliges them to follow his law in every step they take in the enactment of laws.

Those MPs who decide to vote for divorce or abstain from voting against divorce are betraying God and are accomplices in the evil of divorce. Any MP who betrays God shall surely suffer somehow the consequences.

I warn all our MPs not to play with fire. God does not want divorce. This is still true today after the referendum.
