The Housing Authority has launched a new website – www.housingauthority.com.mt.

The website has been designed to feature essential information foran improved and more efficientservice.

The website introduces various departments within the authority.

This allows the public to familiarise itself with the authority’s personnel, and their work towards achieving better housing conditions and stronger communities.

The schemes are explainedto ensure clients understandthe eligibility criteria and the terms and conditions for each scheme.

Making all applications available for download facilitates theapplication process.

Applicants are now better prepared when it comes to any issues or queries that may arise from their application.

The new website hasbeen developed to be simple and user-friendly.

The client may choose to use the website in either Maltese or English.

Furthermore, the software used has been designed inline with the regulationsand guidelines of the National Commission for Persons with Disability and the Foundationfor Information TechnologyAccessibility for a holistic approach.
