The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry is set to launch another business council, this time with Portugal in mind.
As with the chamber’s other business councils, the aim is to help Maltese businesses seeking a foothold in Portugal, as well as to raise bilateral awareness.
The council is being launched at an afternoon conference being held at the Chamber on February 26 at 3pm.
Those interested will be able to listen to speeches by the council’s chairman Garry Crossan, as well as by the president of the Portuguese-Maltese Chamber of Commerce Augusto de Athayde, a representative of the Portuguese trade and promotion agency and Luis Amado, the chairman of Banif Bank.
The event will be followed by networking drinks and a reception.
