Simon Mamo Real Estate has launched a new office in Tower Road, Sliema, the company’s new headquarters.

The business currently operates seven offices throughout Malta and Gozo. “We had been eyeing Tower Road for a number of years. When the opportunity arose, we took it, a statement of intent that we are among the big boys,” the Mamo brothers said.

The newly done up office is 180 square metres, which is divided into letting and sales departments. The sales department is being managed by Romulus Felnecan, who has over five years’ experience in his field in Malta and overseas, while Gilbert Vassallo, who has been with the company for nearly three years, is heading the letting division.

Simon Mamo has been increasing its market share year on year for three years running, now being among the top 10 real estate companies for the number of sales in Malta and Gozo.

Following the launch of its new website and embracing brand values of building relationships with customers, professionalism, expertise and an unrivalled passion for property, the company recently restructured its operations due to an increasing number of personnel and a HR department run by Bernice Muscat.

Jerome Mamo is handling the marketing of the company, which has taken a leap forward over the last year due to the competitive nature of the real estate industry and the company is working closely with one of Malta’s top marketing agencies.

Hugo Mamo is leading the office in Valletta and Marcus Mamo is head of the letting division in the Naxxar office.

Together the brothers are on the board of directors, along with Simon Mamo, the founding member of the organisation, and Samuel Mamo, who works at the Valletta branch.
