Blexr Limited has signed a lease contract with Plaza Centres p.l.c for an office with the help of Engel & Völkers Sara Grech Commercial.

Blexr is a digital media company set up this year. “We are a relatively small company, consisting of 20 full-time staff. We come from various backgrounds and work in a co-operative environment. We are highly skilled in website audits, web design, user experience, the development process and getting sites to rank high in search engines. On top of this, we also are data nerds and love looking at analytics,“ Blexr managing director Paudie O’Reilly said.

“Sliema as a location and ample services available in the area played a major role in the selection of the new headquarters of Blexr,” Patrik Tarcza, commercial director at Engel & Völkers Sara Grech, said. “We brought a high-profile tenant to the landmark office building,” he added.

“It was a pleasure to work with both parties, because the clients had a clear vision about their future offices. At Engel & Völkers Sara Grech Commercial, we have a large database of commercial properties, so it was easy to find the ideal premises,” John Paul Barbara, closing agent of the transaction, said.
