Lately, I’ve noticed that when I don’t switch on my TV set for a day or two all the stations end up being ‘scrambled’.

I pay to get the service 365 days a year and expect to have it whenever I decide to watch TV.

I phoned customer care twice only to be told to switch off the TV set, wait for 30 seconds and then switch it on again.

This works and, in fact, I do so regularly now.

Still, I don’t see why I should have to do so.

Once I pay the subscription fee I expect to have the service without such a ‘circus’.

Has anyone else had such difficulties with their TV?
