“Hilarious, were it not tragic,” was how the PN described Joseph Muscat’s speech.
“The leader of the Opposition, who is so keen to become Prime Minister, has absolutely nothing to say about jobs, job creation, education, health, the managing of our economy, and how a Labour government would tackle the international economic crisis.”
Instead, the PN said, he completely ignored the obvious fact that people were expecting him to outline Labour’s policies on bread and butter issues, “and spoke about himself”.
“It’s all about him. He doesn’t care about policies. He spends a good twenty, of a 30-minute speech, speaking about himself.”
