Fishermen sail along rough waves due to strong winds brought by Typhoon Goni at Manila bay in Navotas city, north of Manila yesterday. Typhoon Goni packs a maximum sustained wind of 180kph near the centre with gusts of up to 215kph, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Service state weather bureau reported.
