While driving from Żebbuġ on the Mdina Road towards the roundabout which takes you to Rabat a few days ago, I saw a small dustcart parked in a gateway. As I wasn’t sure if he was going to pull out I kept my eye on him, only to see that he had just finished eating something and then threw the wrapper out of the window!

Perhaps he was hoping the wind would blow it into cart!
