I am an Italian trainee currently in Malta. On August 15, I went to Comino and it was reallya shame to see such a beautiful place invaded by uncouth people who are only interestedin everything (taking selfies and swimming included) except preserving the environment and nature.

Beer cans, plastic bottles and cigarette butts were all over the place. Mind you, I had the same experience in other parts of Malta too.

Solutions? Rubbish bins (I did not see any), more control and hefty fines should do the trick.
